New Delhi: India AI Impact Startups repository was officially released at the India AI Impact Summit 2026, profiling over 110 startups and non-profits deploying artificial intelligence for population-scale social and economic transformation across India.
Titled India’s AI Impact Startups, the repository has been published by IndiaAI in collaboration with Kalpa Impact.
The India AI Impact Startups repository spans critical sectors including healthcare, agriculture, education, climate, financial inclusion, urban mobility, and public service delivery.
It represents the first structured mapping of India’s AI-for-impact ecosystem, documenting how Indian founders are designing locally relevant solutions with global applicability.

The India AI Impact Startups analysis highlights an ecosystem that is simultaneously experimenting and consolidating.
The repository identifies voice AI and vernacular interfaces as the primary channels for reaching underserved populations, while also pointing to a growing cohort of builders investing in Made-in-India foundation models.
